Liked it and would visit again if in this area. One small negative. There's a lot of steps in this hotel up and down. Other than that the service the help was excellent
What a great resort! We stayed here for a week, and everything was great! Everyone tried to make us feel special. They have a great restaurant and wonderful buffet. I would definitely stay here again.
This place was built to be a destination resort regardless of the tourist location. It has stuff for everyone to enjoy- Basketball courts, 2 pools , 2 jacuzzis, little zoo, little market, restaurant, bar, wifi. We stayed on the 3rd floor facing the ocean. Stunning view but must tell the waves crashing are loud. If you need absolute quiet, dont get the ocean front rooms. But besides that the room was awesome. Big and clean, nice bed, big TV, fridge. The whole hotel is clean and well thought out. The walk to Lobster Town is short and along a sidewalk. The complimentary breakfast we got with our package was very tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Jessica at reception was a great help. We will definitely be back.
Amazing Ocean views!!! Great to come with the little ones, they have two great pools and Jacuzzi. Bar besides the outdoor pool witch is great, drinks and food are delicious. Rooms are very clean and entertainment at night was fun.
We stayed in the rooms facing the ocean and views were great. Only issue are the steps that lead down to the rooms. No elevators. Please see photos because describing it will not so it justice.
The moment you arrive they greet you friendly and provide all the information and amenities available. Alma was accommodating. Parking is provided right in front of our suite. Took the children to the zoo that is located in the hotel and they loved it!. They got to feed and pet the animals. We ate at their Sunday brunch and was delishes, clean, had a variety of food and best of all the food was served by the cooks so no cross-contamination, if you know what i mean. The servers are very friendly and our waiters were accommodating with our family allergies with care. The food was relishes. 10/10
Loved this place. Had the ocean view room with the A/C at an affordable rate for a wedding I attended. I put the do not disturb sign on the door, but they still checked to see if I needed anything that house keeping could provide. Loved that. Also went to eat lunch and breakfast both were good. All the staff were friendly. The convince store on site was great as well. They have upgraded the rooms based on the previous post I have seen. Would visit this place again.
The staff is amazing, the place is gorgeous and there are cool things to see/do around. I invite you to ask the staff for good places to eat, they never disappoint! My only downside is that the room we had was poorly decorated and missing some stuff ( no toilet paper holder, no hairdryer, no ceiling fan ). The rooms appliances look old but taken care of.
